That was the description I gave Joseph Poutre almost three and a half years back :)

Its not a complete Zero, but only the wreck/remains of a Zero floatplane. The wreck is preserved at an Indian Navy Base in Port Blair. The Navy maintains a Museum in Portblair (Not open to all, only visitors to the Naval Station INS Jarawa -IIRC) where the aircraft is on display . This was reported in the Times of India some Ten years back.

No further confirmation or pictures. Sorry if you were expecting a complete aircraft :(
