Slightly off the thread, but where did Wk No 3579 ( and the other 109 mentioned ) actually come from? I had assumed it was a "data plate" rebuild, until I saw Airframe Assemblies site, saying how many parts they had re used. Beautiful aircraft in any case - definitely my current favourite!
