Whirlwind possibility

A while ago someone was talking about the possibility of recovering bits of Whirlwind,in order to make a composite, or a reproduction.Here's a possible original example if it can be found:
I was talking to a friend from the Jersey squadron of the Territorial Army about Warbirds and the stupendous amounts paid for wrecks,when he suggested, and I quote, "..we could make quite a bit of cash.There's a Whirlwind in St Brelades Bay,that we used to look for when we were kids,and there aren't many of those left are there?"
I was left speechless.
I checked and sure enough one did go down in the Bay, while attacking a convoy.
