The scene is much too large for a modellers diorama. I don't think it is a real crash site either though, since there would at least be traces of rescue, recovery and investigation measures (the wreck would at least be cordoned off). I've tried enlarging it but the resolution is too low to identify the type. At least the tail feathers however somehow look very un-Bf 109 like.
