I have to say that I agree with all those who are against any form of Political Correctness. As a child, I would watch Cowboys and Indians but had the sense to realise that it was TV and had no desire to go out and shoot anybody.

While at college, I would visit the Tait Gallery, British Museum etc and do not feel that I was perverted by the experiences. I have seen the sculpture of Zeus and his goat, but I don't feel that I... well you get my drift.

Further, I have seen 91/2 Weeks but did not have the urge to leap on the nearest woman and rub food all over her.

Further, a few years ago, the Tom and Jerry cartoons (probably the best cartoons ever) were under fire, for being violent. PLEEAASSSE, these are cartoons and have had no effect on either of my children.

Why don't we ban the image of the Dragon, for not representing a real creature.......

Would the complaint been made if the Dragon was holding a nude or semi-nude man..........

Sorry, ranting and getting away from the subject, so ....

.... I often take my young son to many of the UK Aviation Museums and when asked, I have had no trouble explaining the nose art and the reasons for the art being there, in the first place, the causes all warfare in the 20th Century (don't know enough about earlier conflicts to allow me to comment accurately) and the losses to all sides, which I believe, the Nose Art now represents.

So, by all means change the Artwork, but do it to accurately represent another aircraft and if that includes a Varga or A.N. Other artwork, then so be it, but do not change it or cover it up, because some people do not have a grasp on what is real and what is not.

Sorry if I sound muddled but PC really does annoy me and I have so many things that I wish to say, but do not have the time to put them all into writing.
