I don't know about NG Simon, but there is another one (at least ?)in the sea off a Pacific Island.....the name of which I can't remember right now.
I think a recovery of that one would also be difficult because of the virtually total clampdown on recoveries by Pacific nations.

But there's always hope....I suppose!
