Do you mean the size of the letters applied to the fuselage? If so there does not seam to be any standard size, although I am sure there is a minimum size. Unfortunately I don't know what that is.
If you are referring to the format then they would be either C-XXXX or CF-XXX where X can be any letter but not a number.
