#142 is a Howard 450? Conversion of the PV-2, N144X. It is the only one in existence. I talked to the owner a year or so ago about buying it. They wanted too much money to make it economically feasible to buy. There are no engines, props or paperwork, so moving it would be job in itself. You can buy PV-2s in tanker/sprayer configuration for nearly nothing, so one without engines etc, is worth very little, even with its unique configuration. That being said, I hope someone saves it...I certainly would have liked to.
