Well I think Poona is well worth a look as I have heard that there is still some Liberator remains there - reference some old aeroplane monthly mags on this from the 70s and 80 s on this as well as WWW articles and various other sources.

There was a story doing the rounds that was never put to bed one way or the other about various WWII aircraft pushed into a Quarry at the end onf one of the Poona strips- it was quite a solid story with several sources etc

So who is the India - sub continent expert to knock this one over?
