For the love of Pete, Karen; this is a warbird forum...

But since you mentioned it, my sister and her husband farm, and they swear they watched the dog chase a hen into the pond once without the poor bird sinking to her demise. By choice chickens typically stay clear of water, but I guess necessity breeds invention (or at least in that case). The real fun, of course, is watching the funny stuff they do when you lop off their heads. True rural entertainment.
