Catalina Serial Tie-Ups

Does anyone have a serial number and contruction number tie-up lists for the Catalinas built by Consolidated, Canadian Vickers, Boeing Canada and/or the Naval Aircraft Factory? It would be nice information to add to my notes.

I am specifically interested in any details regarding RAF s/n AH545. Apparently it belonged to 209 Squadron at some point. Other than that I don't know anything else. Would like to know the manufacturer, the TOS and SOS dates, and any other related information.
