Good luck with it Tony, it will be good to see another Hurricane on display.

Just had a thought, you're not planning to do it as K5053 are you, seeing as you said you would like to see someone do a Hurricane Prototype ?

I wish more people did these kind of composite restorations with non-airworthy parts.
There must be a huge amount of un-usable "spare" parts from Mustangs, Spitfires, Bf109s, Warhawks, Corsairs etc, that could be brought together by somebody.

The only others I know about are the beeaauuutifulll Bf109G-4 in the German garage, The Mk I Hurricane that was being restored to static, but is now going to fly as a two-seater with Hawker Restorations, and the P40 that was rebuilt from parts in NZ.
Anyone know of any others ?
