Fairchild AT-21 restoration?

Fairchild built a twin engined (Ranger V-770 V-12s) Advanced Trainer called the AT-21. I thought they were all gone, but I find one registered to Ozark Management Inc. in Jefferson City, Missouri as N96VC serial no. 303.
I tried to get a phone number unsuccessfully. Does anyone know about this airplane? Is it a flying restoration? Also, does anyone have the Army Air Force serial number?
