Hi Dave
It was the now Scale models International in 1979 they had plan pack 2808 ?1.35 ( mag was only 45p !in those days ) owned then by MAP Ltd Hemel Hempstead.
Not sure who owns them now it was at one time Argus publications, I think maybe somewhere I have photo copies of the article that used them ?
