You're right: the Lib stored at Rockcliffe arrived before V&V cited the dozen or so at Poona. I think the exchange (which sent one of NAC's Lysanders to the IAFM) took place in 1968; in fact the Lib was put into ersatz RCAF markings for the ferry flight--suggesting a date just before the RCAF disappeared into the CF! Somewhere I've got the exact date.
