If you look up pilot WO1 Harvey Donald Muirhead (R79587) in 'They Shall Not Grow Old' it says....
He was from Estevan, Saskatchewan and was killed Feb 17th 1943 aged 24. He was with 401 Sqn RCAF and was killed when his Spitfire (BM346) was in a mid-air collision with a Spitfire flown by FS L Gibs. Muirheads Spitfire crashed at Thorton House, Northallerton England. He had previously been slightly injured in an aircraft crash on November 18th 1942 with 263 Sqn (Whirlwinds). He is buried at Catterick Cemetery, Yorkshire
