I think WIX is the best forum around, since everything about restoration, recovery, wrecks, rumours and flying warbirds etc goes into one single forum. It's easy to choose which postings you want to read, and which you don't want to read through a good subject line.

Another thing I really like with this forum is that it is such heavy traffic, so it's always something new, when I visit (which usually is a couple of times a day). My experience from other forums, with narrow topics, postings tend to be a couple of days inbetween, so people visit more seldom, which in turn gives less number of postings, which lead to a not so active place to visit.

So my 2 cents goes for sticking with one very active forum, which encompas a lot of different topics on warbirds, and a large community of frequent visitors which makes the place boil with activity.

Scott, I guess you get some statistics on visitor frequency and number of postings made on your different boards, can any conclusion be drawn from that, which supports or contradicts my thoughts above?

Any one else have any thoughts on this?
