Shameless plug or useful suggestion?

Hi all,

As we all know, this board is frequented by all sorts of persons and characters who have a certain interest in warbirds, be it as enthusiasts or from a professional point of vieuw.

Many of us are or have been involved in restorations, collecting parts, recovery etc. you name it. The former WWW used to have a seperate section where companies or individuals were listed or classifieds where you could find information, or a specific aircraft part or service.

Would it be useful if the WIX or warbirds resource group had a similar section where information can be found of companies etc who have aircraft parts available etc. For instance Tom is working for PPS and Phil represents Classic Aero Services. As an example, through this board I came in contact with Phil and I got the fire-extinguishers I was looking for for my Halifax cockpit project. Thanks Phil for the service.

This way it would not only be possible to exchange information but parts as well which can benefit the various projects of the WIX'ers.
