Dornier Do-X project, still ungoing or stalled?

Hi all,
Some years ago an article was published in FlyPast about a German project that was to result in a full size reconstruction of a Dornier Do-X twelve-engined flying boat. A photograph showed a full size fuselage frame built to factory specifications.
So far I haven't heard anything on this project and fear that it has stalled. Does anyone of you have any further info perhaps?
