You're right Tulio.....

Even the Girlfriend is saying "Get out and look, you're miserable as hell" :)

I think I just need another partner in crime, with the same outlook as me. The late great Mick, was one hell of a researcher, and that's what's missing. There are a lot of gaps in our research, that still need to be addressed.

Kholkin Ghol and what exactly , is in a Russian Technical University in the Ukraine,North Korea and Mongolia , as well as some of the more intriging satellite intel we looked at need addressing. I think a really good example, was the research he did on Buntes Mustang. He put some suppositions together, did some e-mailing, we did the maths, and bang, he was right on the money. One of the best "lucky shots" Mick did, was trying to find Simon's RAF B-17. I have a satellite image, dating from 1992, that seems to show a large metal aeroplane shape, not a million miles from El Adem airbase, about 5 miles from the nearest road. It appears to have been got at by the locals, but is substantially still there.

Some of you may remember the North Korean post "Hudner and Browns" Corsairs. Mick and Chris, did a lot of work on that, and Mick had me looking at bloody satellite photos from all over the Choisin Reservoir area. I remember not being convinced at the time, that there were as many wrecks as first thought, but CIHLI , who have seen a copy, seemed happy that wrecks were extant.

The hardest part, is fighting the urge to phone Mick, when something interesting comes up :(
