Hi guys,
As for trying to recover anything from the Canal you can but the paperwork alone will drive you nuts I have the paperwork and its 185 pages long and everything has to be in dublicait. As for some of the other Island right now everything is up in the air because of what the UN is trying to push down everyones throuts.
I think if you approach the local govs. and have your plan together and sound then you might get permission.
