In the Whole 9 Yards there is a bit about this aircraft, a picture of which was posted on this site recently..
"Engine number 22491 (as used in A29-448) was purchased by Jim Frogley of Havelock North, an air service operator with a liking for history. He is best known for his purchase of an Avro 626, which was later obtained by the RNZAF Museum and restored to airworthu condition, but he also obtained a Hawker Hind, which was gradually dismantled and incorporated into farm machinery intil the remains were eventually recovered by Don Subritsky for use as a basis for a restoration project."
