Japanese Mustang project

Hi all,
I regularly see messages on the various boards and websites from a Mr Nobuhiro Okada who wants to acquire all sorts of Mustang parts.
Does anyone of you on this board know if he is serious in rebuilding a complete static or airworthy Mustang?
