In reply top I wonder what his camaraman gets paid? :-)...... posted by Karen on Thu Aug 08, 2002 05:21:54 PM
I think my mom told me about the reruns she saw when she was a kid! :-)
It is times like this that I wish I had cable. I'll have to wait until Steve Irwin's presentation hits regular TV... :-(
: Because I doubt that it's enough! I am about to date my
: self, but do you all remember Marlen Perkins, and his side
: kick? That is who I think of when it comes to Steve and hi
: s camaraman! I have been stung by jellyfish, believe me, i
: t hurts!
:
: I will bet it is pretty safe to assume, that there are
: not a whole lot of history buffs who would be willing to
: go into the places he went last night! Let's be honest, wh
: o wouldn't act like a 10 year old kid upon discovering som
: e of the things he found? Granted, I squirmed a little whe
: n he showed the human remains, but at least he found them.
:
:
: I think the bottom line is... Steve Irwin's name broug
: ht an entirerly new audience to WWII last night. For that
: he should be commended. That man has more courage in his p
: inky than I will ever have.
