I suppose I'd entertain the possibility of establishing the first night-fighter oriented museum. P-38M, F4U-5NL, P-61, F6F-5N, P-82(N?), and as many others genuine types as I could manage. There are too many almost extinct examples of many of these types that are being canibalized and bastardized back into their more readily recognizable fighter configurations.
Of course as an aside I'd have my 100% factory original F4U-1D dressed in VMF-221 colors parked in the rear for early morning jaunts ;)
I also thought it would be a fun challenge to take a derelict FG-1D project and remanufacture it into an XF4U-1 for airshow display.
