You are probably 100% right. You must keep in mind, when you read anything I post, that I am working from memory (and evidently, it is in pretty sad shape :)] and so, probably what you say is the truth. I distinctly recall seeing several pictures of the beautiful replica, and the Carnauba logos.
Not in the same line of thought, but similar, there is an S-43 based in the Houston area.
