Yes Yank has that policy, There also is a Kingfisher in Ozzie land. That might be restored or traded.
As for a SOC I know of a location of one that could be recovered and restored but since the US Navy does'nt want to play ball then I'm going to keep the location to myself till I can get in written from the Navy what I want.

PS: Yes the SOC is in the USA and not to far from where I live.
