Try this page...

http://www.tc.gc.ca/aviation/activepages/ccarcs/en/current_e.asp?x_lang=e

...and enter "DHC-1" for the Model Name then click Search.

This will give you a list of all of the Chipmunks registered in Canada. Of course if you happen to know the registration it is easier. In that case type in the last 3 or 4 letters of the c/r in the Mark category and click Search.
