Not sure but I believe they found the new wing center section somewhere out on the east coast. As far as determining a timeline for the blueboat that is a tough one. With 6 other flying a/c to maintain, and the amount of work nneding to be done, it will be a few years. Miss Mitchell took many years, but was worth the work! If you have parts/time/$$$$ to contribute to the project see their website....
