Ruben is a guy living in the Ukraine. He wrote for our web site, an article about the MiGs in Cuba and Angola.
His article was very welcome since we had not had anything on the theme, Cuba being not so easily reported. The article generated controversy, but that's good because it brings out more information.
Ruben is one of the good guys, and his site has lots of good data.
