Dave has answered regarding the Mossie which was matchsticks. I believe that parts from the others have survived. A debate on this emotive subject has been going on the Flypast forum.
One unfortunate factor that is added to the equation is that the parts (no matter how small) are still valuable to the insurance companies that insure the aircraft. Dataplate restorations have been around for years and will continue no doubt. It is hard to ever see anyone scrap any remains of a Stang, Spit or P38 given how rare these birds are.
