I am glad they are getting the P-38 and hope whoever is getting the P-82 will restore it to fly as well. The P-38 white lightning was not owned by the CAF was it? I thought it was owned by Lefty himself. I heard it was up for sale and the CAF had first right to say no, but I never heard they bought it.
Also is there any news on the other P-82 being restores in Minnesota.
