Hawker Hind in NZ......did I miss something

Ok so someone please tell me more about this Hind, is it a new one (recently discovered I mean) ??

I don't remember there being one under restoration in NZ, but then again the old memory ain't what it used to be :-)

Check out the other shots as well, theres a nice shot of Spit TE330 (the ex.USAFM example) and also of a P-40 (not sure which one this is)
