Florida - Places to visit?

I'm due to fly to Florida in 10 days and will be staying just north of Tampa. Any suggestions of places to visit with an aviation theme?
I'd like to get to Stallion 51 for a looksee (can't justify the $2000 for an orientation flight yet!!) and wondered if they were open to casual visitors?
Kermit Weeks' museum is another definate.
Any others you know of?
