...with no known history and NOT the only known lend lease Spit, remember Stephen Grey's IX? You're talking about a new spitfire here, not much usable on the airframe and only a few new parts included with the spars needing more than a bit of work. If you were thinking of looking into buying a spit this wouldn't be a great choice as there's lots on the market at present which are flyable for less than a full restoration will cost for this one.
