It is in fact relatively easy to locate a promising wreck (I suppose luck also has something to do with it), but getting it out is the difficult part, unless you have an unlimited bank account (we don't).
Speaking for the IJsselmeer, it's fresh water, there are intact airframes (we know from experience) but getting a four engined bomber out in one piece isn't very realistic regarding costs etc. unless it is a very exotic one, but even then the problems are huge.
But a fighter is, I am sure that it is only a matter of time until a substantially intact airframe will be found. We do have the means to get it out. Recently we were informed by a local diving club that they have found a new wreck and asked us to help identify it. Very interesting stuff but what who can predict what will happen in the near future.
Time will only tell.
