If I'm thinking of the same a/c it'll be the one outside Ralph Hull's place in good ol' Norfolk, the wings are awaiting lots more work and the fuselage section I saw was looking rather forlorn but the word 'funds' was uttered by Ralph more than once when I grilled him about it. It won't be getting air under it's wheels under it's own power for a while yet unfortunately.
