The wings were recovered , but in quite poor condition , sometime after the fuselage ... I haven't heard if they are trying to restore them or build new ones. The fuselage aft of the cockpit had to be built new , as the original corroded away during an extended period in storage ... Cockpit forward was in very good nick as it was buried in the mud.
Supposedly other wrecks in Schwerin , as a Luftwaffe base was nearby , although it is reported that they may have been recovered by the Soviets postwar
