It looks like this is the same Ju88 that was first on the site of It's Russian.
First flight? well, depends how soon you can throw it of a ten story building. As you know the Ju88 was a dive bomber as well.
Joking aside, she is at least substantially complete and should make a good basis for a rebuild. Nowadays nothing is impossible to restore.
In Belgium a project similar to this one is going on in cooperation with the Norwegians and other organisations.
