: BB 438, FTR 5/5/44 SOE Poland
: JP 181, FTR 5/8/44 SOE Poland
: JP 220 SOC 12/7/1945

Strangely I couldn't find the first two in the book: Agents by moonlight, by Freddie Clark, which deals about the SOE missions in Europa and the last one was struck off charge after the war.
