Hello,

I knew I'd seen those pics somewhere before, they are from Spitfire At War 3,there is a couple more as well. The Germans fitted this Mk V with Daimler-Benz DB605 similar to the one in the Bf 110G,with a Bf 109G air intake on the port side of the nose.
The guns, ammo boxes and radio were removed from the Spit and it was fitted with German instrumentation and the electrical system was modified to the 24V standard used in the Luftwaffe. Flt Capt Willy Ellenrieder had the pleasure of taking this unique Spitfire on its initial flight trials. The Spit with the more powerful German engine was said to have excellent handling characteristics.

Hope thats filled in a bit more,

Chris M
