Chris, there is a very accurate set of radio control plans available for the MkXIX from Brian Taylor in the UK. They could easily be scaled down to 1/16 and would provide more than adequate information for construction of the airframe. I had the plans but passed them on to a friend some time back. There is/was also a very good book on the MkXIX from a Swedish source. I have the book and can get you more info if necessary.
