I believe that the Mustang in question is N63476 44-63476 "City of Winnipeg". This aircraft contains components of a Uruguayan P-51. The aircraft is under rebuild currently in North Dakota for Bob May of Canada. I recall in an older issue of Warbirds Worldwide #46, Mike Vanbondencoeur was working on the restoration of this aircraft.
