Kevin
the Hurricane airspeed indicator provides indicated air speed as does any pitot static ASI...to get to true requires the following steps.....add Pressure error correction and instrument error to get calibrated, add scale altitude effect to get equivalent airspeed. divide equivalent airspeed by root sigma to get TAS!! (But I feel you may already know that).
Regarding the handling and perf reports contact the Information Centre (library to you or me!) at QinetiQ Boscombe Down. The old A&AEE Bosocmbe Down did all these tests you need data on and the reports (or copies thereof) are in the IC. Incidentally, the IC also holds data for most of the aircraft types that were ever tested by dear old A&AEE.
