Correct. I have the DVD which has a lot of additional info in it. It shows them touching up and recoloring the Battle of Britain footage, plus adding some more modern CGI effects to the old footage. They did a great job seamlessly merging it in with the new footage (which was just 2 Spitfires.) There is a very eloquent passage from the film's producer where he describes the beauty of the Spitfire from the perspective of a creative person with no real interest in aviation. Despite the fact it cost him a $1000 he couldn't help but authorize "one last pass" from the Spits to see and hear them go round again.
