Peter,
This could be a very interesting development now that Mr Saunders is discharged (albeit conditional)
Anyway this could set a precedent for any future attempts to recover a wreck and give the missing aircrew a decent burial. Remember Mark Kirby was also brought to court and won every case.
I am very very very curious if this will change officially the policy of the British MoD someday. In that case I hope that their Dutch collegues will changes theirs as well.
