Does the forum seem slow?

It actually isn't. It's running about the same average number of posts. At the moment however the posts are split between the current forum and the replies generated in the archive. This will swing in favor of the current forum as new topics generate replies and the archived topics move out of date. Feel free to repost a question in the new forum if you want a topic to continue on a more active basis. I am still working on a method to convert the archives into self contained .html or text files but so far I have no success except on a individual basis and I am NOT going to convert 20,000 messages by hand
