I see where you are coming from. It is a little strange that it has spent so long outdoors. I don't know what their policy or reasoning is. When you think about it they recently obtained a CF-188 (CF-18A) from the CAF. It would have been towed right by the Beau on the way to it's parking space inside the building. Maybe they were thinking they would like to preserve the CF-18 in the same state as the day it was retired. Obviously the Beau is past that!
