C-60A Lodestar

The West Houston Squadron, West Texas Wing, CAF, has recently (within the last two weeks) acquired a C-60A Lodestar.
I had the privilege of seeing this magnificent bird yesterday, and I am trying to gather as much information on it, as possible, for historical purposes.
This is what I have so far:
s/n: 18-2478
mod: 18-50
Mf.date: 6-7-43
Eng.: G-202-A
M.A.A. Data Plate #71046 (MAA - Manufacturing Aircraft Association, or something like that).
Registration is N-60JT.
Any additional information regarding operational history, military service, civilian owners, etc., please let me know.
