Nothing, sort of. Google reserves the right to include ad banners on the search results page (something that happens when you use google anyways). It's a free to use and is basically a google search of a specific domain. That combined with the new javascript in the registry allows the registry to be searched and useful results to be returned.

Unfortunately the search does not handle databases, which the discussion groups are. I will see if I can do something about making the seach function a little bit more useful.
